Had to drop review, 10x better than panda express omg
I had a really unpleasant experience here. I ordered orange chicken, and when they handed me the order, the gravy had spilled all over the bag they gave it in. It was messy and clearly not packed properly. On top of that, I politely asked if my medium order could be changed to a smaller size. Instead of handling it professionally, the older lady at the counter started yelling at another employee because of my request. It was very uncomfortable to watch and completely unnecessary. The way they handled the situation made me feel like customers are not treated with respect. Good service means handling requests calmly, not creating a scene in front of customers. Also, the quantity of food they gave was very small for the price. Overall, the customer service was very disappointing and the whole experience felt unprofessional. I hope they improve the way they treat both their employees and customers.
I was raving about the free sample I got to my friend and telling her that she should try it and buy the entree of the chicken. When she got to the counter this man said she couldn’t get one. This man was really mean and discriminatory towards us so we ended up just leaving.
